2. The customer is responsible for making
timely payments
and managing their renewals else the
services would automatically be
disconnected. |

3. In case of disconnection, Rs 100 would be
charged as renewal fee. |

4. Rs 25 discount would be provided if the
customer makes timely payment at our office
counter. |

5. Rs 25 extra would be charged as
collection charges in case the customer
wants his payment to be collected from
